December shutdown

A new team of editors (shine choi, Swati Parashar, Natalia Maria Felix de Souza, and Olivia Rutazibwa) and a new Managing Editor (Sam Cook) will be taking over at the start of January. To allow the current team to wrap up their work and facilitate the smooth transition, we will not be processing any new submissions in December. Any submissions received will be returned and can be submitted from 1st January.
