We are looking for a new Co-Editor of Social Media!

The International Feminist Journal of Politics is looking for a new Co-Editor of Digital Media to join our team - do you have wha it takes?

IFJP aims to foster debate and dialogue at the intersection of international and global politics, feminist and queer theory, and gender studies within an expanding global critical community of scholars and activists. Reaching a wider, global audience is key to this mission.

The Digital Media Editors are responsible for overseeing the social media (Twitter, Facebook) and maintaining the website, which includes the important IFJP blog. These platforms are used by the journal for promoting work in each of the five annual issues of IFJP as well as our IFJP conferences. The Digital Media co-editors typically spend a few hours each week drafting and scheduling content for social media as well as working with authors writing blogs to coincide with forthcoming articles.

The new Co-Editor of Digital Media will be joining one of the current Digital Media Editors, Jamie J. Hagen, to work as a team. The outgoing Co-Editor, Annick Wibben, will continue to support the team during the transition period.

Our mission as a journal is to continue to cultivate the role of the International Feminist Journal of Politics as the leading global source of cutting-edge feminist research on international politics. The editorial leadership team strives to develop a journal whose pages, authors, and readership reflect the full spectrum of scholarly engagement with issues of feminist international politics around the world. We provide a platform for voices from the field that have not found genuinely democratic spaces for expression and engagement. We welcome diversity and difference as sources of strength.
